- During college I studied film in German and Anthropology specifically focusing on German, French and Russian documentaries. I was one of the three members of GAL Productions which produced a 10 min documentary in 2002 “Slaves of Righteousness.” I have been most influenced by the filmmaking of Jean Rouch, Chris Marker (Sans soleil) and Dennis O'Rourke. My Favorite Films: Run Lola Run (Lola Rennt), Couching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Amelie (Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain), Blade Runner, Cabaret, Sans soliel, Shawshank Redemption, Lost in Translation, Monty Python and the Holy Grail
